In 2018, I got a wild hair to start a shaved ice and cotton candy truck called Sprinkles Concessions—and I did! You have probably seen my truck at different festivals in Humboldt County. Ever since, I’ve been serving up sweet treats at about 10 local festivals each year here in Humboldt County. Since the truck sits unused in the winter, I began brainstorming new ideas. And in 2025, behold… Sprinkle’d & Fluffed Cotton Candy Cakes were born! I’m fully cottage food permitted and excited to share this fun new way to enjoy cotton candy—and to help make your events truly memorable!
